We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to drive strategic talent initiatives across South America.
The Role:This is a key leadership position within our People Organization, driving the strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of recruiters delivering on business hiring needs with speed, quality, and diversity.
- Partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand future workforce plans and translate them into actionable recruiting strategies.
- Drive accountability for team and individual performance through clear goals, data-driven insights, and continuous development.
- Collaborate with TA and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting across complex organizational structures and multicultural environments.
- Proven leadership in managing recruiting teams across multiple countries and driving strategic talent initiatives.
- Experience hiring across multiple talent segments including Experienced professionals, Hourly workforce, and Early Career talent.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition technologies.
- Exceptional judgment and operational excellence with ability to interpret data and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
