Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for managing the internal talent attraction process, headhunting top talent, and conducting competency-based interviews. You'll also search for suitable candidates for requested profiles, monitor the recruitment process, and negotiate with candidates and internal clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum +3 years of experience in talent attraction
  • Conversational English
  • Advanced Spanish Level (Mandatory)
