Talent Acquisition Professional

We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage relationships with our diverse client base, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform and services.
This role requires you to be currently based within the Americas region. You'll work remotely from home and collaborate cross-functionally to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Address and manage clients' health cases assigned to them
- Respond to client inquiries and requests within the Success scope
- Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls with clients
- Manage client escalations and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Account Management role
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and driving talent acquisition initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- An analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive insights
