Project Manager: Drive Project Success with Excellence

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in project management, preferably in tech or SaaS. This role requires excellent coordination skills, enabling the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. A proven problem-solving mindset is also essential for identifying issues and pushing for resolution.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery timeline for multiple operator integrations, ensuring projects stay on track from kick-off to go-live.
- Coordinate across teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, etc.) and external partners to drive collaboration and ensure successful integration outcomes.
- Track dependencies, highlight blockers, and drive solutions to keep integrations moving forward.
- Own project documentation, status updates, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity around progress, risks, and timelines.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement of integration delivery processes, producing and maintaining process templates and documentation.
- Ensure internal and external teams are regularly updated and aligned on key milestones and deliverables.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Strong coordination skills, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent communicator, able to translate updates and blockers across technical and non-technical teams.
- Process-oriented, skilled in managing timelines, trackers, and visibility tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Team player, collaborative and supportive approach to working with Integration Managers and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive in identifying issues and pushing for resolution.
- Qualifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Scope: Comfortable and proven track record working across multiple time zones and international teams.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry or with platform/operator integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
