Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in SAP EWM, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes. They will work closely with critical stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues related to stock put away, removal, and storage bin determination, as well as yard management, packing, staging, loading, and picking.

This role requires the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support for SAP EWM-related issues
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve critical incidents and improve overall system performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and stakeholders

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
