Buscamos um profissional experiente para ocupar o cargo de Lider Tcnico, responsvel por supervisionar o time de produto e projetos executados. Ele deve analisar novas demandas e chamados de suporte, criar relatrios de progresso, identificar riscos e ajudar no planejamento das atividades de desenvolvimento.

Habilidades Tcnicas
  • .Net Framework, MVC 5 + Web API
  • Entity Framework 5, Dapper, SQL Server
  • Bootstrap 3 + jQuery
  • Conhecimentos de nuvem (usamos AWS)

O idealizado candidato deve ser capaz de orientar o time na execuo das atividades, contribuir para a evoluo tcnica do time atravs de feedbacks, bem como executar atividades mais complexas e/ou sensveis.

Responsabilidades
  • Determinar requisitos tcnicos a partir de requisitos de negcio
  • Delegar tarefas para atingir objetivos semanais e mensais
  • Orientar o time na execuo das atividades
  • Fazer reviso e avaliao do cdigo entregue pelo time
  • Analisar a operao existente, propor e implementar melhorias
