Job Title:
Director of Growth Product Management.

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth product management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in devising and executing strategies that drive top-line company growth through improvements in user experience on our website.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective remote workshops to set and align goals between teams and stakeholders.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative product discovery.
- Continuously prioritize initiatives based on expected ROI.
- Analyze our inbound funnel to identify problems and opportunities.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Requirements:
- Significant experience improving revenue generation for web-based acquisition funnels.
- Ability to marshal and lead a cross-functional team, ensuring everyone is aligned on common goals and individual responsibilities.
- Aptitude for managing various stakeholders to set and align ambitious goals that are specific, measurable, and actionable.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in conducting remote workshops with peers and senior leadership.
- Past experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Past experience in conducting qualitative user research and specific user testing on proposed solutions.
- Good judgment in knowing when 90% done is good enough versus perfection.
- Solid experience in running web experiments (e.g., AB tests) and different platforms (e.g., Optimizely).
- Prior experience in recruiting and managing a team.
- Ability and willingness to convince, negotiate, persuade, sell, challenge, and inspire.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL (desirable).
- Basic understanding of statistics (desirable).
- Previous experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Miro/Mural) (desirable).
- Familiarity with various marketing analytics tools and platforms (desirable).
- Have worked with CMS products/platforms (desirable).
- Knowledge 'spike' in a particular marketing channel (e.g., SEO, PPC) (desirable).
- Have worked for a remote company (fully remote role) (desirable).
- Having held product/marketing roles in B2B, especially B2B lead-generation businesses (desirable).
- Advanced English level.
