The Job Description

As a Trading Support Analyst, you will act as the key interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows, FIX/API integrations, and real-time resolution of execution issues.

This is a support and operations role (not a trading position) with high visibility and impact across Sales, Product, and Technology functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in trading system support
