Senior Automotive Retouch Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Senior Automotive Retouch Specialist to enhance our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive design and experience with AI tools to refine vehicle images.
Main Responsibilities:- Refine and enhance car images to meet high-quality standards
- Remove imperfections, adjust color, contrast, and lighting to achieve desired results
- Utilize AI tools for automatic retouching, upscaling, and background removal
- Generate synthetic or AI-enhanced images to complement original photos
- Ensure consistency across photo sets
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to achieve optimal results
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Develop and implement retouching workflows incorporating AI techniques
- Retouch and post-process 3D renders to ensure photorealism and seamless integration with photographic assets
- 4+ years of automotive retouching experience, preferably in product photography
- Advanced-level Adobe Photoshop skills
- Experience with AI image editing tools (e.g., Magnific AI, Topaz Labs)
- Familiarity with AI image generation platforms (e.g., MidJourney, Comfy UI)
- Strong understanding of color grading, masking, and compositing
- Passion for automotive design and aesthetics
- Attention to detail and creative eye
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio showcasing automotive retouching and AI-assisted work
- Experience retouching and compositing 3D renders, with an understanding of render passes and integration into real-world imagery
- Photography experience is a plus
