Sales Funnel Analyst

About Our Team
">We're looking for a Data Insights Specialist to help us optimize our sales funnel and drive growth. This role will focus on analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance visibility across the sales pipeline.
">- Monitor and analyze the full sales funnel (from pre-sales to delivery)
- Use CRM tools to identify gaps, delays, and improvement opportunities in the pipeline
- Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports for different teams and leadership
- Track and report key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
- Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with team leads to align data insights with strategic initiatives
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and usability across the CRM and reporting tools
- Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve visibility of key performance indicators
Requirements:
">- Experience in data analysis, sales operations, or growth-related roles
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience building dashboards and working with reporting tools
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
