Engineering Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role oversees the engineering function across a network of five manufacturing locations in the Americas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an engineering strategy that enhances operational efficiency and fosters technological innovation across all sites.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering professional development, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
  • Formulate and drive a comprehensive manufacturing strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals, and optimize processes while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Provide direction and oversight of teams responsible for design, development, and testing of manufacturing technologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best-in-class standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the medical device sector.
