Industrial Engineering Process Specialist

Description:

We seek an experienced Industrial Engineering Process Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading industrial functions, ensuring performance and installation of industrial means, organizing and motivating the industrial team, coordinating with corporate and product specialists, and proposing and documenting technical dossiers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement industrial processes to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring ergonomics and safety.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive industrialization planning aligned with overall project master planning.
  • Design manufacturing processes to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Oversee the study and implementation of means for internal and supplier installations.
  • Approve tooling and dispatch to plants, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage the reception of means and site setup respecting safety standards.
  • Ensure the aptitude of means, processes, and products as per specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality technical documentation on time for each milestone.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in industrial engineering and process management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
