We are looking for a **Logistics Specialist** to support both national and international operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective logistics flows.
**ESSENTIAL TASKS**
- Coordinate the end-to-end **logistics flow of national and international shipments**, including inbound and outbound cargo.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of **shipping documentation, customs records, and internal reporting**.
- Work closely with **freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers** to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve logístical bottlenecks.
- Support the **import process** for intercompany and external purchases, ensuring compliance with Brazilian customs regulations.
- Control and optimize **logistics costs** related to transportation, storage, and customs.
- Maintain accurate records and data in **SAP Business One**, including inventory, shipping status, and lead times.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams to ensure alignment between logistics operations and business needs.
**PROFILE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in **Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration**, or related fields.
- At least **3 years of experience** in logistics operations, preferably within an industrial or multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of **import regulations, customs clearance processes**, and Brazilian logistics practices.
- Experience in **cost control and supplier management** within logistics or international purchasing.
- Advanced **SAP Business One** knowledge.
- **Fluency in English** is required for communication with global partners.
- **Spanish proficiency** is a strong plus.
