Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing pricing and quotation services.

  • Assist the sales team with pricing, quotation preparation, and price adjustments.
  • Provide direct assistance to customers regarding delivery forecasts and general inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Create and manage price tables, including tax calculations.
  • Process customer orders and manage internal and external follow-ups.
  • Operate the CRM system from opportunity creation to project handoff.
  • Update sales forecasts and input data into SAP Business One (ERP).
  • Prepare management reports on sales performance and business development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Spanish and spoken English are considered strong advantages.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, eagerness to learn, and ability to prioritize.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit.
