Job Title: Senior Manager of Operational Risk

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational risk management, crisis response, and strategic planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident response efforts to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational capabilities and minimize potential threats.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate team and vendor performance based on established service level agreements, key performance indicators, and quality standards.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to assess and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety principles across all business operations.
  • Develop and execute crisis management plans, including contingency strategies and communication protocols.
  • Oversee the reporting, documentation, and investigation of incidents and near misses.
