Are you a skilled professional seeking to advance your career in electrical engineering? We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Electrical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating accurate BIM models for electrical trade. Your role will involve reviewing specifications and design information to ensure constructible and high-quality models. You will work autonomously, identifying and resolving conflicts during the modeling process and ensuring the final product meets client expectations.

In this role, you will develop accurate electrical models using relevant software such as Revit or similar tools. You will also analyze project documents, including discipline specifications and submittals, to ensure high-quality, accurate, and constructible designs. Additionally, you will identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and throughout project coordination to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Modeling and Design: Develop accurate electrical models using relevant software.
  • Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents to ensure high-quality, accurate, and constructible designs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and throughout project coordination.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical design and modeling.
  • Expertise in electrical installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities.
  • Familiarity with NEC Standards.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Proficient or advanced level of English language skills.
