Job Title: Regional Clinical Study Manager

The key responsibilities of this position involve overseeing regional study delivery to ensure quality, on-time completion, and within budget.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading the regional clinical operations team to effectively manage resources, make informed decisions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that study activities in the region align with overall study goals, comply with relevant regulations, and adhere to established standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the biotech, pharma, or CRO industry.
  • A higher degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven experience as a team lead in clinical functions, preferably with experience as a CRA.
Desirable Competencies:
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide and solicit honest feedback
  • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence
