About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our content creation group, you will be responsible for developing high-quality technical content that supports the success of our products.

You will work closely with our development teams to create comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides that showcase the capabilities of our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including product references, API documentation, and developer guides.
  • Develop engaging tutorials and code samples that demonstrate real-world product usage.
  • Write informative blog articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers.
  • Contribute to the development of solution-oriented content and use cases that highlight the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize content needs.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with developers and understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Bonus Points
  • Practical experience with Git and docs-as-code workflows.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL, GraphQL), JSON, Markdown, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with distributed systems, serverless applications, or cloud platforms.
