Billing specialists play a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely and accurate billing for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on billing software according to established procedures.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Research and address client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies.
  • Generate and dispatch bills to clients.
  • Maintain and update billing reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping, communication, and coordination.

We seek candidates with at least two years of experience in a related position or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
