We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can foster innovation, experimentation, and learning within the engineering group.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving architectural decisions and ensuring high-quality standards while also contributing to improving engineering culture and best practices.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to drive our product forward.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing engineering team with a desire to still be hands-on and code.
  • A builder at heart, you care deeply about the end-user and ensure that the rest of the team does too.
  • An agile mindset, proactiveness, and adaptability to changing priorities with a strong emphasis on iterative problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js & Typescript with at least 5 years of experience, preferably on a cutting-edge tech product.
  • Solid skills in relational database design, SQL programming (SQLite, PostgreSQL).
