About the Role
We are seeking a crm solution architect to define end-to-end crm strategies, interface with stakeholders across departments, and ensure architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy crm ecosystems in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead crm platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy.
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant crm implementations (d365, salesforce, hubspot).
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management.
- Define and enforce architecture standards across delivery teams.
- Guide internal and external engineering teams through execution.
- Ensure platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance.
