LHR Americas is seeking an experienced Harbor Pilot to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to work in a dynamic environment and take advantage of a lucrative salary package.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional pilotage services to vessels operating in Saudi Arabian waters. The role involves directing deep-loaded vessels to safe anchorage, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills, plus a 25% monthly overbase. After 3 years of service, the benefits supplement increases to 20% of monthly base salary, reaching 30% after 6 years and 35% after 12 years. Additionally, you'll receive a severance package with a 2-year vest period, employment tax exemptions, and participation in our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Incentive Plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Science from a recognized Maritime Studies College or a High National Diploma from a recognized Maritime Studies College. You should also possess at least 5 years of experience, including 4 years as a Harbor Pilot or seagoing experience.
