Product Planning Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Product Planning Strategist to develop and execute product planning strategies tailored to South American markets.

Your primary focus will be on creating long-term roadmaps, pricing, and product positioning that drive business growth and profitability in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the South American market landscape, including its unique challenges and opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring successful outcomes that meet regional and global corporate strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product planning strategies for South American markets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure competitive and profitable product portfolios
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Brand, Design, CEx, aftersales, and other teams to coordinate product launches and lifecycle management
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to regional and global leadership teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Master's degree or postgraduate specialization in Product Management, Business Strategy, or Automotive Engineering is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in product planning, market analysis, or related roles within the automotive industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and intermediate to advanced Spanish is required for regional interactions
