Job Title: Climate Change Program Coordinator

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the team that drives sustainable development in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support climate and green growth initiatives through effective program management.
  • Facilitate collaboration between policy initiatives and local stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Built relationships with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Key Projects:

The role involves close collaboration with implementers of the UK Sustainable Infrastructure Programme, Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) Facility, and Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance.

These projects are part of a broader strategy to support partner countries in accelerating their clean growth transitions and reducing carbon emissions.

The successful candidate will also contribute to integrating this strategy with existing UK PACT activities in country, including the Green Recovery Challenge Fund Projects and planned skill-shares and secondments.

About the Role:

This is a critical position within our team, requiring a strong understanding of climate change policy and practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
