About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Analytical Scientist to join our team in São José dos Campos. As a key member of our R&D Analytical Self Care team, you will be responsible for delivering analytical projects for our Self-Care portfolio, supporting Latin America in local and regional scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute method development, validation, and method transfer to the quality control laboratory, and related activities.
  • Write and review technical documents, including analytical method assessments, protocols, and reports, in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively with project members to achieve objectives.
  • Prepare technical documents related to method validation and method transfers.
  • Communicate issues that require escalation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or equivalent field.
  • Background/experience in analytical laboratory environment and instrumental techniques (HPLC, UPLC, CG).
  • Knowledge about method validation and method transfer execution.
  • Knowledge about regulations and/or guidelines related to method development & validation for drug products, drug substance, and/or cosmetics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Intermediate English (written communication).
