AI Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Tech Leader to spearhead our AI/ML initiatives.

  • Drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize AI projects.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures.
  • Lead the integration of machine learning into existing systems.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver AI roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical strategies for AI/ML adoption.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for AI project planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with machine learning libraries.
  • Hands-on experience in applied ML projects.
  • Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs.
  • Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration.
  • Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git).
  • Advanced English.
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.
  • Required tools: Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure, or GCP.

Bonus:

  • Experience with MLOps.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents.
  • Prior experience leading larger teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
