Commodity Trader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commodity Trader to fill a senior management position in Brazil.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Brazilian citizen with 4-7 years of experience in commodity trading to take on leadership responsibilities across LATAM, Europe, Africa & APAC.

The ideal candidate will undergo a global rotation program interacting with key stakeholders over a 3-year period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with farmers, processing & warehousing, and ports
  • Create an environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, equity, and sustainability
  • Effectively collaborate across cultures and international teams
  • Develop analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ensure integrity and commitment to ethical business practices

Requirements

  • Brazilian citizenship
  • University education
  • Fluency in English
  • 4-7 years of experience in commodity trading
  • At least 2 years in a trading/commercial role
  • Willingness to work overseas for 3 years
