Ecotoxicology Professional Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to work across all areas of ecotoxicology in a truly global environment.

  • Develop and oversee ecotoxicology test programs, either independently or through outsourced work.
  • Provide environmental risk assessments according to regulatory expectations.
  • Engage with regulatory agencies, interfacing with regulatory authorities.
  • Contribute as a member of multiple product teams in a collaborative setting.
  • Effectively utilize organizational networking to influence strategic decision making.
  • Support the team in Brazil and Latin America region with ecotoxicology-related submissions and issues.

The successful candidate will also contribute to external science, including publications and presentations related to ecotoxicology, leveraging that influence to benefit the organization by:

  • Staying current with developments in ecotoxicology and risk assessment, providing technical expertise and support to regulatory science, registration, and business teams.
  • Representing ecotoxicology externally at meetings and conferences.
  • Regularly communicating management on the impact of current and pending regulations/guidance and how they may affect the company.
  • Travel approximately 10 percent of the time – domestic and international.
