Job Overview

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the selected partner to implement the MDM tool and its processes, ensuring alignment with Governance and Quality requirements.
  2. Integrate the MDM tool with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  3. Define and implement MDM tool Governance Principles according to Landis+Gyr's compliance requirements and vendor recommendations.
  4. Work with the MDM Tool Owner and Global Data Owners to establish an MDM roadmap.
  5. Develop and enforce an MDM tool RACI framework.
  6. Establish policies, processes, and technical measures to maintain the long-term health of the MDM tool.
  7. Ensure the MDM tool and its architecture are prepared to support future business needs.
  8. Perform administration and maintenance tasks following the Governance Principles.
  9. Manage MDM tool access roles and permissions.
  10. Lead the planning and execution of yearly upgrades.
  11. Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for MDM tool users.
  12. Collaborate with the vendor support team to escalate and resolve issues.
  13. Create and maintain internal MDM tool documentation.
  14. Develop workflows, integrations, and data validation mechanisms.
  15. Translate technical complexities for Global Data Owners to ensure understanding of design decisions.
