Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing complex technical issues
  • Troubleshoot software bugs, data anomalies, API issues, performance concerns, and environment-specific problems using advanced technical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Product to diagnose root causes, document findings, and implement resolutions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's platform, integrations, APIs, and system behavior
  • Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives to improve team-wide troubleshooting capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, including Tier 3 support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Familiarity with APIs and tools such as Mode or browser dev tools
  • Experience working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to drive business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
