We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a leading care home based in Northern Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to work in a clinical environment, delivering exceptional care to residents and supporting their families.
To be considered for this position, you must be a registered nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement well-planned care plans and risk assessments, adhering to regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Make informed decisions in a timely manner, taking into account the needs of residents and staff.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing your clinical skills to enhance their practice.
- Ability to lead a team of care staff effectively.
- Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
- A team player who engages well with others, fostering a positive working environment.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
- Understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
