Senior IT Operations Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. This involves developing innovative solutions to improve network performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical delivery projects, including design, configuration, and installation of technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed evaluations, requirements, and recommendations for technical and architecture designs.
- Architect, design, deploy, document, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage client expectations and maintain trust and confidence.
- Research, analyze, recommend, and implement new software, hardware, tools, systems, and processes.
- Build and maintain project-related documentation.
- Ensure maximum availability, integrity, and performance of the network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing network infrastructure with a strong working knowledge of IT network infrastructure, network security, cloud networks, and network operating software.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and standards, such as TCP/IP, BGP, and EIGRP.
- Understanding of intra- and inter-cloud secure routing using native cloud technologies and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Solid understanding of 802.1x and NAC, including Cisco ISE.
- Working knowledge and experience of SD-WAN.
