The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with workflow automation, data accuracy monitoring, and team collaboration. They will be responsible for maintaining existing workflows, updating them as needed, and ensuring smooth operations within the CRM platform.

• Maintain and update existing workflows to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor data accuracy across pipelines and properties to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Support automation tasks and troubleshoot workflow issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations and alignment with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and workflows.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales automations.
• Advanced English language proficiency for effective communication with clients.
