Job Opportunity:

The Legal Specialist role supports the coordination of the Lands for Women project, focusing on legal analysis and articulation between executing agencies, state government, and institutional partners.

This position involves providing legal advice on land and environmental regularization processes, promoting regulatory compliance and adherence to public administration principles.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development of internal regulations, participating in the formulation of proposals for legal guidelines, and collaborating with state and federal agencies to ensure legal certainty.

Candidates will have a strong background in law, with experience in public management, land and environmental regularization projects, and institutional articulation at the state or municipal level.

They will also possess mastery of Brazilian administrative, land, and environmental legislation, as well as ability to write opinions and legal documents applied to public management.

  • Graduation in Law
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Public Management
  • Working knowledge in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
  • Brazilian Nationality

Additional requirements include active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association, postgraduate degree in Public Law or related areas, and familiarity with social and environmental safeguards and regulatory compliance.
