The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage teams, and excellent communication skills. A proven track record of managing day-to-day customer service team operations is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Training and coaching customer service representatives for consistent client experiences.
- Handling escalated client issues and providing timely solutions.
- Monitoring service metrics (response times, resolution rates, client satisfaction) and preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership or management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and take client calls with professionalism.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English required).
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to improve performance.
