Our Cancer Research Project Manager

Lead Clinical Studies

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Regional Clinical Study Manager to lead our regional clinical operations team and ensure the successful delivery of clinical studies in the region.

  • Accountable for regional study delivery with appropriate inspection readiness quality, within agreed timelines
  • Leads the regional clinical operations team and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues within the region
  • Ensures alignment of regional deliverables with overall study goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership: Leads the regional clinical operations team effectively, ensures effective decision making and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues within the region
  • Timelines, Planning and Execution: Leads planning and management of assigned clinical studies from feasibility through closeout activities for region, in line with global study timelines
  • Quality: Handles escalated issues or problems with sites in region, monitors study activities to ensure compliance with study protocol and regulations
  • Budget and Resources: Works with sourcing team to select and manage regional study vendors

Requirements:

  • Language Requirement: Portuguese and English required, Spanish preferred
  • Preferred Experience: Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, Hematology, Oncology
