Strategic Business Development Associate

The role of a Strategic Business Development Associate is to provide high-quality input to client projects in the life sciences field.

Assignments range from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of complex solutions and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems, and assist in the development of proposals and client solutions.
  • Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
  • Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop client-specific solutions.
  • Design and complete presentations tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Develop and present complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through engagement delivery and learning opportunities.
  • Engagement-based responsibilities are managed by Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • English fluency.
  • Ability to work effectively with others to achieve team goals.
  • Knowledge of business processes, their interaction, and decision-making impact.
  • Consulting methods, tools, and techniques knowledge.
  • Understanding of the marketplace.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Availability to work on-site 4 days per week.
