Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience in maintenance and reliability engineering.

As a Senior RME Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.

You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment performance, scheduling servicing when required, and supervising technicians on shift to support their development.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe equipment usage and monitor teams to follow correct processes
  • Monitor equipment performance through visual checks and schedule servicing when required
  • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers
  • Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations
  • Support improving systems and standardizing processes across the network
Required Skills and Qualifications:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks
  • Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, preventative maintenance procedures, blueprint and schematic reading, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programs, National Electrical Code (NEC), work order management
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Microsoft Office products and applications experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience with robotic maintenance
