As a Lifecycle Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR Operations team in Latin America. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and streamline the end-to-end lifecycle operations across multiple countries.
">- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business process improvements, reducing risks and enhancing compliance.
- Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract renewal, and personal files administration, while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable HR requirements, guaranteeing legal compliance.
- Effectively handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently in an evolving work environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations/Human Resources-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory for communication with global teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of Workday, Human Resources Information System, and Time & Attendance systems.
