Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on content calendars and publish social media posts in a timely manner.
- Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting and competitive analysis.
- Monitor social listening to identify trends and insights.
- Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management, and creative teams to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Analyze daily conversations around the brand.
- Drive effective results for client KPIs through analytical skills.
- 1+ years of experience in community management.
- Knowledge of social media best practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.
- Ability to track relevant community metrics.
- Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools, and digital reports.
- Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
