This role is perfect for someone who's plugged into online culture, loves engaging with people, and wants to get hands-on experience in Web3, fintech, and community building.

What you will be working on

As our Junior Community Manager, you'll:

• Engage and grow Ramp's Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking communities across Telegram, Discord, and social platforms
• Support the creation of authentic, engaging posts and discussions tailored to local audiences
• Spot community trends, feedback, and conversations and share insights with the wider marketing team
• Assist in organising and promoting community campaigns, AMAs, and events
• Act as a friendly, approachable presence who builds trust and excitement within the community

What you will bring

• Native-level Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong written communication skills with a natural, community-friendly tone
• Comfortable engaging daily with online communities (Telegram, Discord, X, IG, TikTok)
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in spotting opportunities to drive engagement
• A genuine interest in fintech, cryptocurrency, or Web3

Bonus

• Previous experience in community management or social media
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Knowledge of crypto culture, memes, and trends
