We are seeking a PR Manager to evolve and manage the narrative for our company in the Brazilian market. This person will increase brand awareness, trust and a positive reputation by developing an enviable corporate image and executing effective communication and media relations programs. We need someone who is open to proposing new ways to communicate to the audience (customers and corporate affairs), proactive, who loves to work with a diverse group of people. Someone passionate about technology, entertainment and with a drive to develop a career in a fast paced, evolving challenging market.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Self-driven, hands-on communications professional with a passion for Corporate Communications, Affairs, and PR.
  • 10 years of experience in multinational corporate settings. Experience on startups or tech companies is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with both local and national business and industry media outlets.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects with flexibility in prioritization.
  • Creative and resourceful in planning and executing community events.
  • Results-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or similar; Master's in related fields is desirable.

What you'll be doing?

  • Define local external communication objectives and implement plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinating all public relations activities directly and through PR agency.
  • Developing a Policy communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
  • Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
  • Manage spokespersons training.
  • Seeking media opportunities for key corporate topics.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results.
  • Build relationships with opinion makers to grow industry awareness.
  • Collaborate with HQ Corporate Communications to adapt global strategies and initiatives for local impact.
  • Partner with HQ Corporate Responsibility to expand group-wide initiatives and lead local ESG strategies specially around Responsible Gaming.
