Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the accounts payable function by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant recording of all supplier and intercompany transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring documentation is recorded in a timely manner for payment.
  • Control proper and complete reception of supplier invoices by implementing new procedures and policies.
  • Maintain the accounts payable ledger.
  • Reception and booking of intercompany supplier invoices and reconciliation across various companies.
  • Booking intercompany related taxes.
  • Support the team in recording high volumes of supplier invoices in the accounting system.
  • Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately and with the correct withholding taxes.
  • Control recurring expenses, looking for necessary expense accruals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Good knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Experience with tax withholdings regulations will be a plus.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Soft skills: Good interpersonal communication; multi-tasking; hands-on; attention to detail; teamwork; organization; adaptability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
