Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled retail professional to fill the role of Store Cashier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in basic math functions, and possess experience with point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, balancing registers and generating reports for sales transactions.
  • Operate various equipment including scanners, scales, and credit/debit terminals to efficiently process customer payments.
  • Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, providing a receipt to every customer and handling exchanges and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and organized, maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a cashier, preferably with POS experience.
