Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance and administrative leader to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our office in São Paulo. This role will act as the primary bridge between our head office and local operations, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes, compliance with regulations, and support for the local team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- In collaboration with the Finance and Accounting team, process accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices.
- A strong background in finance and administration, with knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business practices.
- Experience in financial controls, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- A good command of English in writing and speaking; Portuguese language proficiency is desirable.
This role requires a skilled professional who can effectively manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide support to the local team.
