Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

ZIM is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee all accounting and tax functions.

Main Job Description:

Coordinate and support the financial operations of ZIM Brazil and ZIM Log Brazil, ensuring compliance with local rules and company policies.

Support the ECSA District Finance Manager in preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, declarations, and obligations.

Monitor and report expenses monthly, comparing data with budget via F&B and P&L Reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting: Monitor and support all posting processes for ZIM Brazil and ZIM Log Brazil.
  • Tax: Support the District Finance Manager in all local taxes calculations, declarations, and reporting.
  • Reporting: Ensure all reports are prepared and submitted according to Brazilian laws and HO requirements.
  • Audits: Coordinate and support external audit activities.
  • Budget: Assist in the annual budget preparation and monthly analysis of Actual vs Budget.
Requirements:
  • BA in Economics or Accounting with CPA-CRC Certification.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax rules.
  • Advanced English skills (Speaking, writing, listening).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Tax, Compliance, or Audit.
