Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Operations Manager to contribute to the business by ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Generate reports summarizing movements in profit and loss and balance sheet, including deeper review of cost variances and adjustments as needed between general ledger accounts, departments, etc.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the finance team and report to the business controller on key performance indicators.
- Day-to-day support: Invoices, stay up to date with financial allocation rules and guide the accounts payable team as needed.
- Function as finance business partner locally: support managers in the location with any finance-related topics, including guiding them to others in finance which are better placed to support.
- Budget and forecasting: Work with local managers to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations.
- Excellent attention to detail, knows how to check their own work.
- Team player who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goals.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong communicator both orally and in writing.
