Job Summary

Wipro Digital Operations And Platforms is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to lead our global program operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our sales operations, driving process improvements, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our vendor development and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and flag emerging issues to our clients, offering actionable solutions to mitigate risks and drive business growth.
  • Optimize program operations by implementing process improvements, key strategic initiatives, and ensuring that basic operations are always in place.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve business performance, including coaching and development of our team lead group.
  • Ensure that our quality assurance team meets client expectations and contractual requirements, including the number of quality audits.
  • Proactively share existing bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations, allowing for informed prioritization.
  • Clearly outline current performance drivers for our programs and actions to improve, providing data-driven insights to our clients.
  • Liaise with our client Program Manager to ensure that our vendor's personnel meets client-recommended requirements.
  • Manage the scheduling and chairing of all account review meetings, working with our client's applicable manager(s) and/or dedicated operations lead(s) to review daily, weekly, and monthly operations and performance.
  • Be available during all operations hours to receive client communications and confirm receipt of such communications as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • Promptly take and implement all reasonably necessary actions and measures to address the relevant issues as communicated by our clients.

Requirements

  • Diverse experience in scalable operations and sales environments, ideally with experience in managing internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and regions, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the story and drivers behind positive or negative performance trends tied to tangible actions.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking, with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English.
