Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in software engineering and AI frameworks to create AI solutions that effectively tackle business challenges.
- Collaborate with Data Science experts specializing in machine learning and statistical analysis to resolve intricate technical issues, ensuring the deployment of the latest AI methodologies.
- Take charge of the implementation and enhancement of applied AI components, ensuring they fulfill project requirements with a high degree of complexity and scalability.
- Engage with generative AI models, including large language models, to develop prompts and solutions tailored to specific applications.
- Design and implement AI solutions while adhering to industry best practices, including moderation, security, and compliance protocols.
- Spearhead the design, measurement, and assessment of AI model outputs, establishing both standard and custom metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in applied AI, with a solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, large language models, and statistical analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of the trade-offs between various generative AI models and the capability to select the appropriate model for specific applications.
- Experience with data embeddings and vector databases, understanding the trade-offs among available options, and leveraging this knowledge to optimize data ingestion.
- Background in building and testing major server-side platforms (such as TypeScript/Express, Java/Spring, Python/Django, C#/.NET, Ruby/Rails, etc.) for API development and orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodeDeploy, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience deploying software on leading cloud platforms and utilizing AI tools like AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Services.
- Experience with performance optimization and observability platforms.
- Proficient in conducting experiment tracking and implementing complex AI integrations with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex AI solutions and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in crafting and adjusting prompts for complex AI systems to meet diverse project needs.
- Familiarity with testing and evaluating AI systems using state-of-the-art methods and best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work alongside Data Science specialists, leveraging their expertise in AI model development and fine-tuning to deliver sophisticated AI solutions.
