Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee transformational and strategy execution topics related to cloud and software services.

Inhouse Consultant

This is a full-time role, with the option to work remotely or based in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, or Rio de Janeiro.

The Role:
  • Oversee all transformational and strategic initiatives related to business line solutions and services.
  • Support defining, coordinating, and monitoring critical strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.
  • Contribute to implementing strategic activities through our strategy framework and execute work streams.
  • Work closely with workstream leads and core team members to ensure workstream activity progress.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate workstream activity progress.
  • Focus on data intelligence and the future of software services.
  • Communicate across all work processes and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or IT; MBA or master's preferred.
  • First experience as a management consultant, student consultant, or consulting intern.
  • IT-services industry experience beneficial.
  • Understanding of business intelligence and reporting.
  • Ability to persuade others into action and stay informed on various topics.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and enthusiastic team player with good general business acumen.
  • International travel enjoyable.
  • Fluent English; ideally also Spanish, German, or other languages.
